Sending money abroad is now easier than ever with Cauri Money
Download our app and you can do it from anywhere: at home, on the go, or in line at the supermarket!
Once you download our app from Google Play or the App Store, sign up and enter your details when prompted, then choose a PIN.
We'll need to verify the information you've provided, but you'll be ready to send as soon as we do.
To send your first money transfer, follow these steps:
Go to the marketplace tab
Choose how you want the recipient to receive the money (bank account or mobile wallet) and enter your his details
Choose the country you want to send money to (e.g Senegal)
Enter the amount you want to transfer. You will see the exchange rate and fees immediately. There are no hidden fees, so you only pay what you see.
Pay for your transfer and you're done!
Keep in mind that once a payment has been initiated, you will not able to make any changes if necessary, so do pay extra attention when filling in the recipient details.
Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM for online assistance, and you can track your transfer every step of the way in the app. You will receive a notification when your beneficiary has received their money.
